Atlas Hydraulic Jack PlateAdded to MyBoatsGear on 2/26/2009
A jack plate is a mounting device for an outboard motor that enables boater to vertically raise or lower the motor. This way you can control propeller depth in the water. Propeller depth is an important factor in performance and your boat and mounting system may not meet the engine requirements. Jack Plates also move the outboard aft which helps get the prop away from the hull disturbance.
T-H Marine's Description Atlas Jack Plates from T-H Marine are specially designed for fast, trouble-free lifting of the heaviest V6 outboard motors – including four strokes – up to 300 horsepower. With innovative, self-lubricating polymer rods that are six times more abrasion-resistant than steel and a unique slot lifting design, Atlas Jack Plates feature one-piece hydraulics to lift the heaviest outboard from bottom to top in less than 8 seconds. They install in half the time of comparable jack plates and the self-contained hydraulic pump (with no reservoir or lines to install) can be maintained quickly with the removal of just two pins. Available in 4”, 6”, 8”, 10” and 12”setback models.
Family-owned and operated T-H Marine has been supplying boat builders, distributors and dealers with quality products since 1975.
