The Marine medical kits have been built with Dr Michael Jacobs input. The site has an ask the Doc button, where you can ask Dr Jacobs a question. Adventure has 8 medical kits from the Marine 3000 which is for offshore or more than 24hrs, to the smallest the Marine 100 kit for the day fisherman.

This UK (Channel Islands) based Company has 4 modules.

Telemedicine is 24/7 remote medical advice. This has been mainly set up for the maritime Shipping industry, but now many Companies offer this service to the smaller boater. There are companies like Ocean Medical International that specialize in the boating industry. 

You can also get medical advice by calling the USCG who can forward you to a hospital, however this is for coastal cruisers within a certain distance from land i.e. VHF range.
